For many, there will come a time in life where everything has become bleak. Getting up and going to work  feels like a heavy burden, concentration is down the drain, performance at work is barely existing,  the drive has gone and somehow life has become very dull and meaningless. Sleeping is difficult, even so one is tired, and fun…well what is that word. These are the warning sings when it is urgently time to change before a “real” burnout leaves one severely incapacitated for a long time with physical impairments.

The aim of this workshop  is to introduce the basic principles of setting one self free of hampering believes, values or behavior patterns, self or external imposed.  Uncovering the lost passion and zest for life. Finding the courage for a new path forward into a life full of purpose and meaning. Where getting up in the morning and going to work is driven by anticipation.

Uncovering ones true values, motivations and passion in life

Bringing awareness and understanding to behavior patterns and scripts that block one’s ability to achieve hopes and aspirations.

Introducing tools for stress management, conflict resolution, high performance techniques (being in the Zone), motivational tools for times when it becomes hard.

Relaxation techniques: Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong

Treatments: one treatment a day to distress the body and mind

1 to 1 Sessions: with our coaches- therapists

Nutrition: a little introduction to nutrition and of course  balanced and healthy meals whilst you are at the retreat.

…and an opportunity to bring a subject or something you personally want to change.

ITINERY Day 1

  • Arrive 11.00am : Time to settle in and get to know your accommodation
  • 12.30 : Lunch.
  • Wind down, have a treatment relax and swim etc.
  • 4.00 – 7.30 p.m : Workshop, with break for refreshment
  • 8.30 p.m: Dinner
